All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom or handmade shoes may require additional processing time, which will be mentioned on the product page. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping methods & estimated delivery time

We offer standard shipping, express shipping, and overnight shipping. Standard shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days, express shipping takes 3-5 business days, and overnight shipping delivers within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays. Shipping times for remote areas may also be slightly longer.

3. Shipping rates
