- After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed, and cancellation may not be possible.
- If the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, customers may be eligible for a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customized, handmade, or personalized shoes cannot be canceled once the order has been placed, as production begins immediately.

Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may still return the item once received, following the guidelines in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
