At Lexa Italiano, we ensure transparent and competitive pricing for all our handcrafted leather shoes. The price displayed on each product page is the final retail price, inclusive of applicable taxes (GST/VAT) unless stated otherwise.

2. Discounts & Promotions

• We offer seasonal discounts, promotional offers, and first-time customer discounts.
• Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Prices may vary during sales or promotional events.

3. Payment Methods & Charges

We accept multiple payment methods, including:
UPI & QR Code Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) – No additional charges
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
Net Banking & Digital Wallets
EMI Options (Subject to availability by payment provider)

💡 Note: EMI and international card transactions may carry additional processing fees, which will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order value.
• We offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount (check our Shipping Policy for details).
• Any customs duties or import taxes (for international orders) will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• We follow a customer-friendly return and exchange policy (refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details).
• Refunds for UPI, QR, and other online payments will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Orders can be canceled before dispatch; once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Price Changes & Errors

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• In case of any pricing errors due to system issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
