Without proper care, leather can lose its natural oils, leading to dryness, creases, and premature ageing.

By rotating your shoes, using cedar shoe trees after every wear, and following a regular care routine, your footwear will develop a rich natural patina while maintaining its elegant appearance for years to come.

Insert cedar shoe trees into your LexaItaliano shoes before you begin cleaning or polishing. Shoe trees help maintain the original shape, reduce creasing, absorb moisture, and make the polishing process easier.

Using a premium horsehair brush, gently remove dust, dirt, and debris from the leather surface, welt, and sole edges. If needed, wipe the shoes with a slightly damp microfiber cloth to remove stubborn dirt before allowing them to air dry.

Apply a small amount of high-quality leather cream polish using a soft cotton cloth. Massage the cream into the leather using gentle circular motions, ensuring even coverage. The cream nourishes the leather, restores its natural colour, and helps protect it from everyday wear.

Allow the cream polish to absorb into the leather for a few minutes. Then, buff the shoes with a clean horsehair brush using light, brisk strokes until the leather develops a smooth, refined shine. Finish with a soft polishing cloth for an extra-gloss finish.
